What four reports does TDL Service Provide?
TDL Service provides Credit, Criminal, Sex offender and eviction Histories.  

Can a client choose specific reports?
A client can specify which reports they would like by requesting them in comments section of the submittal form.  

Can TDL provide credit reports for/to private individuals?
No TDL does not provide credit reports to private individuals. Individuals should contact any of the three major bureaus at the following: www.transunion.com, www.equifax.com or www.experian.com for copies of their personal credit reports.

Is there a contract to be signed?
Yes, by going to the get started link and providing the information requested TDL Service will provide an agreement via fax, e-mail or mail that must be signed and returned to TDL office prior to using the screening program. Note: The set up time is usually 48 hours.

Is there any set up fees?
No, TDL Service has no membership or set up fees. Clients are billed on the last day of the month for the number inquiries requested during that month. If you do not use our service in a particular month there is no billing sent.  

Will TDL Service visit my office?
As a requirement of some of our vendors, a representative from TDL Service will schedule and make a five-minute visit to your office to confirm its operations.  

What States does TDL Service cover with its guarantee, and can it cover other states not listed?
TDL can guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time to the 37 states listed in its coverage area. TDL can also service the states of South Dakota and Colorado, and various counties in California with a 24-hour guarantee, but at a slightly higher rate.
