Trans Union as dictated by the FCRA then shares the reported information with Experian and Equifax thus your delinquent tenant is reported to all three major credit-reporting agencies.

Reporting stays on your “Tenant(s)” credit history for seven years from the time you report it as a charge off, or until they pay you!
